Instructors who we think are absolutely AMAZING!!!

Calvin Wiley - is a consummate international fitness professional with over fifteen years of experience and recognition. Calvin has been voted “THE BEST FITNESS INSTRUCTOR” for Atlanta, Georgia, 1991-1992; Boston, Massachusetts, 1997; and voted by New York Magazine, “THE BEST OF”, 1999-2000. Calvin was recently voted by his peers, during East Coast Alliance’s 10th Anniversary celebration, as “Diva of the Year.”

Calvin is an award winning aerobic competitor for years ranging from 1989 to 1992; for such competitions such as Reebok National Aerobic Championship, Sundance National Aerobic Championship and Challenge, Pan American Fitness Championship and the 1st National Step Championship.

Gail Bannister – has her finger on the pulse of fitness enthusiasts and the club industry because of her widely varied fitness background. She is the regional area group fitness manager with XSport Fitness. She presents both workshops and lectures at internationally attended conferences, and teach aerobic choreography as an instructor with East Coast Instructor Training School. Her classes are constantly fresh with new moves and music, often incorporating trends and ideas that are just moving into the fitness scene.

Gail quickly rose through the ranks within the fitness industry, becoming NASM and Spinning certified while being employed as a group exercise instructor and eventually taking on administrative and management responsibilities. She first started with New York Sports Club in 1995 as a fitness instructor, and also taught at Citibank’s corporate fitness center, Bally’s Jack LaLanne and the Vertical Club in Manhattan. Her management experience started on Long Island at Club Central when she was named group fitness director.
