What can I say about Yves! I met him at Equinox during one of his kickboxing classes after I had my second baby and it was the most intimidating feeling. There were so many people in the class and all I was thinking was “OK this is not for me”, but the thing with Yves is that he never makes you feel that you don’t belong in his class. Even in a sea of women and men, he still makes time to come over and let you that you can push yourself harder or give you praise when you are going past your limits. I hung in there because I really believed that he believed in ME!

Since then I have gone on to lose more than 65 lbs and never miss one of his classes if I can help it. You can literally see people transform themselves working out with him!

I love Yves and so do most people that he trains…the best part about him is his spirit, his joy and his genuine love of seeing you in pain!
